- Claims are to be notified to us within 7 days and we will then notify the police (if not already done so)
- Most insurers are allowing some lee-way over time scales and it is acceptable to report the loss once things have calmed down and the area safe.
- We have loss adjusters at the ready and will appoint them to view damage, but it may be difficult to gain access immediately, depending on the individual circumstances.
Consequential Losses such as Loss of Rent or Loss of Income, may also be covered and this is something you will need to pursue with your insurer.
