Nick Sharp
Managing Director of Property & Commercial Division.

After a string of influential positions, Nick joined the company in April 2006 and has been Managing Director of the Property and Commercial division since June 2007. His remit is to ensure that all elements of the division trade with optimum efficiency, maximising profits and delivering true value for money to customers.

Ben Wright, ACII
Head of Business - Bordon.

Ben joined Cadogan Keelan Westall following 12 years at RSA, latterly as Business Manager for their Property Investors division. Ben has overall responsibility for ensuring our clients receive the best possible products and service from our Broking, Client Services, Claims and Finance teams. In addition he works closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to ensure the same high level of product quality and service is delivered to new and potential clients. Ben is a Chartered Insurance Broker.

Michelle Richards
Head of broking and Client Services

Michelle manages a team of 23 Account Executives who provide insurance solutions for a wide range of property owners, investors and management companies. Michelle has previously been heavily involved with developing Cadogan Keelan Westall's multi-national property solutions and has close links to some of our most prestigious clients. Michelle has worked within the insurance industry for 21 years.

Mark Costello
Head of Sales

Mark Costello is responsible for Direct and Intermediary Sales and has over 12 years experience within the insurance industry. Mark has joined the team with a strong background in both working for Insurer and Brokers and has spent a large period of that time specialising in property.

Darren Coldspring
Senior Development Executive

Darren Coldspring has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years, in this time working for both insurers and brokers. Darren has been with Cadogan Keelan Westall for 6 years now and is responsible for the development of the groups property insurance business for new and existing clients.

Val Drury
Client Services Manager

Val's role requires her to be a referral point, technical or otherwise, organised and able to allocate work by order of priority to ensure all given deadlines are met. Val has been in the Insurance industry for 10 years and came to Cadogan Keelan Westall from a general insurance broker dealing with Personal Lines & Commercial products as an Underwriter.

Rachel Elliot
Key Client Manager

As Key Client Manager, Rachel is focussed on ensuring that the service enjoyed by her allocated clients is first rate. She is very keen on the property and risk management aspect of the job and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest developments in this market in order that this knowledge can be passed on to junior members of the team.
In the last two years Rachel has also been enjoying the challenge of arranging Insurance on a global basis for those clients that have been purchasing property abroad. Rachel has been a committed and loyal team member for the past 12 years.

Louise Tanner
Risk Solutions Manager

Louise manages the team responsible for the development of bespoke solutions including our High Net Worth and Overseas propositions. This team look after our most prestigious clients and Louise is therefore ultimately responsible for ensuring that these customers receive the best possible products and service. Since joining the company, Louise has also been heavily involved in providing technical training to less experienced team members as well as the development of our global programme.

Louise has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years, having previously worked at both RSA and Axa where roles included technical underwriting, training, project management and client relationship management.
